What We Do
Expert guidance
across every step.
We are a locally operated firm based in Asunción offering complete support for foreigners looking to establish their life in Paraguay. We are with you from the first document to the final signature.
Residency
Temporary residency, its extension and permanent residency: we manage the complete Paraguayan process on your behalf. Before arrival, we verify that all origin-country documents are in order. Once in Asunción, we accompany you to every government office required, handling the acquisition of all locally-issued documents alongside those from your home country. From initial application through to the issuance of your Cédula de Identidad Paraguaya, every step is coordinated and confirmed.
Learn more →Soft Landing
Obtaining residency is the beginning, not the end. Once your Cédula is in hand, we assist with the next layer of establishment, including RUC registration for tax purposes, and connecting you with vetted providers across health insurance, vehicle insurance, and home insurance. Our goal is to give every client an immediate, reliable network to call on from day one in Paraguay, so that building your life here feels supported rather than uncertain.
Learn more →Real Estate
Paraguay's property market offers genuine opportunity. Competitive prices, low transaction costs, and a stable legal framework for foreign ownership make it one of the most accessible markets in the region. We work exclusively with verified sellers to present properties that meet our standards for title clarity and fair valuation. Whether you are looking for a primary residence in Asunción, a second home, or a long-term investment asset, we match you with the right opportunity and ensure the process is transparent from first viewing to final transfer.

Common Questions
Frequently asked questions.
Quick answers to what our clients ask most. For anything more specific, we are always happy to talk.
In our recent experience, temporary residency takes about 60 to 90 days after filing. The first cédula takes longer: Identificaciones lists 90 business days, about four months. Migraciones does not publish an official processing time, and 2026 demand is at record levels, so plan for longer.
Yes, for a limited time. While your temporary residency is in process you hold precarious status (Ley 6984/2022, Art. 50). The residencia precaria card is issued once and is valid for 90 calendar days (Art. 57); while it is valid you may stay, work, study, and leave and re-enter Paraguay. It does not guarantee approval. If your file is still open after 90 days, ask Migraciones how your status is documented before you travel.
Yes. Foreigners can own urban property in Paraguay on the same terms as Paraguayans, and you do not need residency to hold title. The main restriction is Ley 2532/2005: rural land within 50 km of a border cannot be owned by nationals of Argentina, Bolivia or Brazil, or companies they control, without an Executive decree. We check this during due diligence.
The RUC (Registro Único del Contribuyente) is Paraguay's tax identification number. You need one to invoice as self-employed, run a business, or once your income makes you an IRP taxpayer. We register it for you.

"I HIGHLY recommend this very professional team. Their years of experience and expertise in local knowledge and procedures ensured that we were able to navigate our residency process smoothly. They ensured we had a clear understanding of requirements and that visits to government offices were organized, quick, and easy. We honestly wouldn't have managed things so efficiently on our own."
